Economic Valuation of Greenbelt: Evidence from Property Values in Boise

The project aims to estimate the economic value of the Greenbelt in Boise, Idaho using a statistical technique of multiple regression analysis. Estimates from this study will be useful indicators of cost-benefit analysis in guiding policy related to the future of the Boise Metropolitan Region.
