The Limited Submission posting for the US Department of Energy Established Program to Stimulate Competitive Research (DOE EPSCoR) Implementation Grants (DE-FOA-0002913) is recalled.
Please be aware that the DOE EPSCoR Implementation Grants solicitation allows only one (1) submission. Over the past year, we have been planning for a renewal and thus, are not accepting white papers for this limited submission this year. Please note that based on past data, renewals tend to have a higher probability of success for this very competitive solicitation. While we are not accepting limited submissions for FY23, we will asking for white papers for FY24 at a later date. We apologize for any inconvenience the original posting may have caused.
