Our Fall 2021 remote office hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (Mountain Standard Time) for phone, email and video-conferencing. In-person service will vary by University needs and/or can be scheduled by contacting the Risk Manager. For urgent matters, please contact the Risk Manager.

RMI 2020/2021 Updates
- May 2020 – Telecommuting due to COVID-19? Please be sure that you and your department have reported your electronic items (ranging from $100 up to $2,500) under our Inland Marine insurance coverage.
- April 2020 – Foreign Travel – Foreign Travel has been put on hold (exception requests must go through the your appropriate Vice President). Once authorization to re-schedule or plan trips is approved, please be sure to report your trips to our office.
- Feb. 2020 – New Incident/Accident Reporting Portal- Risk Management is now utilizing smartsheets for a more user friendly experience. Visit our File A Claim/Report page to find out which report to use for your incident/accident.
