Scholarships
The School of Social Work grants scholarships annually to provide financial assistance to students demonstrating need and rewards students for distinguished academic achievement. To be eligible for School of Social Work awarded scholarships and general University scholarships, students must be full fee paying and have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0. Some Social Work scholarships have specific guidelines relating to class standing and a higher than minimum GPA.

Scholarships are awarded each year during the spring semester for the following academic year.
Scholarship Application Deadlines:
- New Students – February 15
- Continuing Students – March 15
Additional Information
The majority of scholarships are awarded by the COBE scholarship committee which includes one faculty member from each COBE department. In some instances, individual departments make award decisions.
