MPH-MSW Concurrent Degree Program

About the Master of Public Health and Master of Social Work Concurrent Degree Program

This concurrent degree path provides a unique opportunity for students to be admitted to both the Master of Public Health program and the Master of Social Work program

This concurrent degree program enables students to earn two highly-coveted professional degrees in three years, enhancing career flexibility and impact.

The concurrent degree structure allows students to complete both programs more efficiently through shared credits.

The combination of these degrees prepares graduates to improve health and well-being at every level — from individuals and families to organizations and communities. By combining clinical assessment and intervention with a strong focus on prevention, students gain an interdisciplinary skill set that supports both direct care and population-level strategies.
