David Nichols

Bio:

David Nichols is a Professional Development Specialist for the Idaho Transportation Department (ITD), focusing on leadership development, communication skills, hiring and talent management, and culture change. David has been teaching or training in some form of fashion for over 25 years. He has worked for Fortune 500 companies, small business star-ups, not-for-profit education programs, and for state government. David is one of the designers and trainers of the WASHTO and ITD Emerging Leaders programs and an adjunct faculty for Boise State University. He has a B.A. in Psychology from Rutgers University and a Master’s degree in counseling from Idaho State University. David lives in Boise with his partner Ashley, son Killian, and their dogs, cat, and chickens.
