The annual Consortium of University Public Service Organizations (CUPSO) conference was April 24th-26th, 2019. Idaho Policy Institute Research Director, Vanessa Fry, gave a presentation on addressing the issue of homelessness through policy research and technical assistance. Her presentation was followed by a plenary moderated by Director Greg Hill that discussed how institutes and centers measure their impact and how to communicate successes to diverse stakeholders.
