Emily Pape holds a bachelor’s degree in Global Studies from Boise State University and a master’s degree in Public Policy from the University of Chicago with certificates in Energy & Environmental Policy and Urban Science & Sustainable Development. She has also worked in the Idaho Governor’s office, at multiple political consulting firms, and on research projects within the School of Public Service involving citizen participation and democratic processes. Emily has been with Idaho Policy Institute since 2019 and her current research interests include transportation, transitions to clean energy, and the intersection between climate policy and affordable housing and urban development.
