Bikes/pedestrians: 3.6% figure includes 2.6% of Idahoans who walk to work and 1% who commute by bicycle. Over 10 million trips is estimated by the following calculation: 3.6% x 757,408 (Idahoans who commute to work) x 2 (trips per day) x 5 (work days per week) x 50 (weeks with 2 weeks off for vacation).
