Event Specialist

As crucial members of the Student Union Events team, our Event Specialists assist clients in making standard room reservations and limited serviced event reservations for various campus venues and, where appropriate, schedule relevant event services.

They manage intake via phone calls, web requests, and emails during regular office hours. They also assist with projects and general book management. 

Event Specialists also attend non-VIP events in the SUB to support onsite event management. Some Evening and Weekend shifts are required. Looking for students who can continue work in to summer of 2024.
