Budget Rollup Accounts

Budget rollup accounts are used only for budget transactions and should not be used for account coding on journal entries, deposit transmittals, P-Card allocations, invoices or payment requests. Refer to the Frequently Used Account Code listing on the Administrative Accounting website for a list of valid accounts to use for coding transactions.
