Salary Savings Request
With the implementation of UBM, beginning July 1, 2026, new carryforward guidelines will be reviewed by the UBM Governance Committee and finalized by Executive Leadership early in FY27.
Under these new guidelines, salary savings in colleges and divisions are expected to be retained and used throughout the fiscal year at the discretion of the VP/Dean. Any remaining funds from salary savings will be subject to the finalized carryforward guidelines at the close of FY27.
Temporary Funding Request
*Due to the new strategic initiatives governance process under UBM, Temporary Funding Requests (TFR) will be discontinued in FY27. To prepare for this new process, TFR’s will not be accepted after February 28, 2026 for FY26.
