Disposal of Excess Inventory Items
Submit the Request for Disposal of Excess Inventory Items Form to request Disposal, Trade-In, Sale or Donation of equipment.

Print a copy of the form submission and attach the printed copy to the items that need to be picked up.
But wait! Could someone else use your surplus items? Before you get rid of your usable items, visit the Excess Supplies / Equipment site. Check if someone is looking for your items or add your items to the list for others to see.
Steps to Cancel an Equipment Disposal Request
To cancel the entire request, ask the intradepartmental form approver to reject the submission. If the form has been approved at the department level, email firstname.lastname@example.org AND email@example.com
If you are canceling specific items from the request, and not the entire request, cross the items off the printed copy of the request and remove the items from the pickup location
Following up on form submission
Once the form is submitted, departments may follow-up on the form by visiting formstatus.boisestate.edu
- Select the Surplus Request button
- Search for form via submitter ID number
