The Boise State Assignment Calculator breaks down projects into manageable steps based on due dates you select. Each step includes resources and “how-to” links to help you plan ahead and make progress on large assignments in your course.

How it works:
When you enter the Assignment Calculator system, use the menu on the right side of the page to:
- Choose an assignment type
- Choose a date to start your project, essay, research paper, or test review
- Choose the assignment due date
- Click “CALCULATE”
Based on your submission, the Assignment Calculator will generate a step-by-step plan for how to complete each assignment type and includes a suggested timeline. Each step of the plan can be added to your Google Calendar.
FOR FACULTY:
Instructors can submit course-specific assignments
The Assignment Calculator is an open resource for instructors to add course-specific assignments.
