Dale Wheeler: Innovation in Customer Service and Safety for the Morrison Center

Dale Wheeler, House Manager at the Morrison Center, developed a new entry system for patrons at the back of the building that improved safety and efficiency. The new system has resulted in reduced wait times, improved the overall customer experience, and freed up staff time to assist patrons with other needs. The system has emergency protocols, ensuring that patrons can safely and quickly exit the building in case of an emergency.

Wheeler is a valuable asset to the Morrison Center team, as his innovative thinking and dedication to customer service continues to improve patrons’ experience and safety.
