Test Scores and Receiving Credit
A student can receive up to one-third of the total credits required for graduation through prior learning. View the specific departmental credits available at Boise State for Advanced Placement Exams, IB Exams and Concurrent Enrollment.
SAT and ACT scores are not required for admission purposes, but can be used to waive Freshman credit or place into a higher course.
Finish in Four
Boise State University is committed to increasing student success, responding to the education needs of its community, and addressing limited financial resources. The Finish in Four program provides an opportunity for students, who follow a planned course of study, to complete their degree in four years. If not, Boise State will pay for the additional required courses.
