Guided by our brand strategy, this campaign is a rallying cry that illustrates what Blue Turf Thinking is to the Boise State community and wider Idaho audiences. “Out of The Blue” is not a tagline for the University. It’s a unifying theme that supports our goal of conveying strategic messages in a compelling way.
