Employer Engagement Specialist

I joined the Career Services organization in September 2023. In my position, I manage the career fairs and Handshake platform to enable employers to recruit Boise State students and alumni. I am excited to provide our students and alumni with an avenue to discover their career opportunities, and to help businesses meet their hiring goals.

Prior to joining Boise State University, I worked within the field of recruitment for over 10 years. I worked for an events business producing many different types of events, including job fairs. Prior to that role, I was a College and Internship Recruiter for a global corporation, and now I get to assist a wide range of companies with their recruitment outreach. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, and I enjoy working with others and utilizing my resources to connect people.
