Interchangeable Automation Robot Housing
Different manufacturing robots require different frames when they are installed. Currently, the only way to deploy a specific robot is to order a specific frame, often custom-made, every time. Team Rohaus presents a solution that allows multiple robots to fit the same frame while exceeding the minimum natural frequency requirement of 17 Hz induced by the robots. This design simplifies the deployment of a wide range of industrial solutions, can employ greater economies of scale, and streamlines the automation integration process in a broad set of industries.
