The sample agendas below are intended to provide leadership team members with ideas for their meetings. It must be remembered that these are just examples.

As you carry out your school improvement efforts you may find it necessary and/or beneficial to hold other meetings to complete the focus of each of the outlined steps in the planning process.  You may also find it is necessary to repeat or return to specific steps as you evaluate your progress and determine the needs of your school staff and stakeholders.

Each school is highly encouraged to develop agendas that follow the 8-step research-based planning process and fit the specific needs of their individual school.
