It is our desire for each event at Boise State to be accessible and easy to attend, knowing that there is limited event parking on occasion. In order to secure parking space for your event, advance planning is critical and must be requested well in advance.
Event parking options and pricing details are below, and more information and guidelines can be found at Transportation and Parking, Event Services.
Please keep a few things in mind while submitting a request:
- While school is in session, some lots may be unavailable for event parking from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm on weekdays.
- The Event Parking Team can help you determine which option and space would best meet the needs of your event if you are unsure.
- Provide an event agenda or timeline so that the Event Parking Team can provide the most appropriate and timely arrangements.
Event Parking Request Form
Per Space Fee: $2.75 per space per day, $25.00 per metered (reserved) space per day
Equipment: $30.00-$650.00; fees charged based on the amount of equipment needed and how long it will take to place.
Custom Signs: $25.00-$50.00 per sign (available in standard or A-Frame size)
Shuttles: $75.00 per hour; 3 hour minimum required.
Staff: $20.00 per hour per staff during operational hours (6:00 A.M. – 11:59 P.M.)
Supervisor: $22.00 per hour during operational hours (6:00 A.M. – 11:59 P.M.)
Admin: $30 per hour during operational hours (6:00 A.M. – 11:59 P.M.)
*$75.00 per staff fee during non-operational hours (12:00 A.M. – 5:59 A.M.)
An Event Parking Request Form must be submitted a minimum of ten (10) business days before the event date.
