- August 14, 2025 – Recommended date to have enrollment finalized for financial aid purposes. Wait-listed coursed do not count towards enrollment.
- August 15, 2025 – END OF DAY – The earliest date that Fall financial aid can be applied towards Fall fees.
- August 18, 2025 – Estimated date first Fall financial aid refunds are processed through Student Financial Services. Refunds through direct deposit can take up to 5 business days, and 2 weeks for mailed checks. For more information please visit Student-Direct Deposit.
- August 23, 2025 – Fall 2025 tuition and fee payment deadline, or first installment of payment plans due. If not paid, Boise State does not drop for non-payment, but students will be subject to a late fee. For more information please visit Student Payment Plans.
- August 25, 2025 – Fall classes begin.
- September 8, 2025 – 11:59 PM MST – Financial aid census date, when full term enrollment is finalized for financial aid purposes and final adjustment is made based on actual enrollment.
- October 1, 2025 – Projected date the 2026 – 2027 FAFSA opens on StudentAid.gov.
- Late November – The Boise State Scholarship application opens for the 2026 – 2027 academic year. For more information please visit Financial Aid Dates.
