This free screening for depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, alcohol and eating disorders is made available to all Boise State students and employees and is taken anonymously. The screening is provided so that you may find out in a few minutes whether or not professional consultation would be helpful to you.
Should you screen positive in one or more of the clinical areas, we encourage you to make an appointment with Health Services. The sooner you take action to improve your mental health, the quicker you can start feeling better. You can make an appointment for intake by calling (208) 426-1459 or drop by Health Services. If your current situation is an emergency, we encourage you to come by to see our crisis counselor available during regular business hours or call 911.
If you are experiencing an after-hours mental health crisis please call the Idaho Suicide Prevention Hotline at 1-800-273-TALK (8255).
