Appointments Information and Policies
How to Schedule an Appointment:
- If you are experiencing a life threatening emergency please call 911!
- To schedule an appointment please call (208) 426-1459 (choose option 4) during our hours of operation. We recommend scheduling appointments when possible to reduce your wait time.
- We are now offering both in-person and telehealth appointments. Please call us at (208) 426-1459, or talk with your provider to see if your medical, counseling, or psychiatry appointment is appropriate for telehealth services via Zoom’s HIPAA-compliant platform.
Urgent care is offered during our hours of operation for patients experiencing acute symptoms or illnesses. These are not scheduled appointments and therefore subject to a wait time dependent on the volume of patients being seen. It is based on a first come first serve basis.
Examples of common acute illnesses are:
- Cold and flu
- Headaches & sore throat
- Ear & sinus infections
If you are experiencing distress and can’t wait for a scheduled appointment with a counseling provider, we have a crisis counselor available during our hours of operation. Clients may walk in or call the clinic at (208) 426-1459 and ask to speak to one of our crisis counselors.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please contact Health Services by phone (208) 426-1459 before your scheduled appointment. Since appointments are in high demand, your prompt cancellation will give another patient the opportunity to access timely healthcare services.
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, you may be asked to reschedule to ensure others are seen in a timely manner. Thank you for your understanding with this policy.
If you miss an appointment and forget to cancel before your appointment time, you will be charged a no-show fee of $40.00.
