This event is dedicated to fostering mental health awareness, cultivating a healthier campus environment, and to help you gain a deeper understanding of your own mental health. Take a step towards self-awareness, learn about mental health resources on campus, and empower yourself.
After completing the screener, stick around to enjoy a donut and create your own self-care kit!
Screening times & locations:
Norco Building 1st floor – 8:00-10:00 AM
SUB atrium – 11:00 AM-1:00 PM
Albertsons Library 1st floor – 2:00-4:00 PM
