Transcripts for Idaho Educators
Idaho teachers can request an official transcript free of charge. If you are currently teaching in the state of Idaho and have taken professional development courses through Boise State, please follow the steps below to request a free copy of your transcript.
Step One: Check your unofficial transcript following the instructions above. Verify that the course(s) you have taken have been posted to your transcript. Step Two: Once you have verified that your courses are posted to your transcript, please download and complete the Transcript Request Form for K12 Teachers.
Step Three: Email the completed and signed form to the Registrar’s Office at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please Note: The free transcript request process is not expedited. If you need your transcripts immediately, please follow the instructions above or print your unofficial transcripts directly from your student account.
