Kinesiology BroncoFit (BRNCOFIT) Activity Program

Welcome to the Department of Kinesiology’s BroncoFit Activities Program!

Our goal is to help Boise State students develop essential movement skills and knowledge that will transfer to a lifetime of physical activity, fitness, sport, and recreation.

Sports – Fitness – Recreation

In the following video, students participate in a variety of Bronco Fit activity courses including golf, soccer, rafting, kickboxing, ultimate frisbee, group fitness, yoga, weight lifting, badminton, fishing, rock climbing, and pickleball. No spoken audio.

BroncoFit activity courses are offered through the Department of Kinesiology. The goal of the BroncoFit activity courses is to help students in any major maintain an active lifestyle by providing instruction in a variety of activities designed to encourage lifelong physical activity and exercise.

BroncoFit activity courses are graded pass/fail; therefore, credits earned count toward graduation but do not earn quality points used in calculating grade point average. Eight (8) credits of BRNCOFIT courses may be counted as electives toward graduation. BRNCOFIT courses cannot be challenged for credit.
