Low Brass Camp Forms
Placement Audition Repertoire
We will hold placement auditions on the first day of the camp so that we can place students on the appropriate parts in chamber ensembles and low brass choirs. For this audition, we will have a short sight reading example for you to play. If you are working on a short etude or solo, you are welcome to play that as well.
Mandatory Health and Security Forms
Forms related to rules and regulations, medical consent, private lessons and media consent will need to be filled out by a legal parent or guardian for all students under the age of 18 on the first day of camp at registration. Please arrive a few minutes early and allow a little extra time to accommodate this fact.

All Campers:

• Instrument care materials (valve oil, slide lubricant)
• Five signed health and safety forms (blank forms will be available at check-in if you prefer)
• Music to play in your lesson
• Spending money for snacks or other incidentals
• Packed lunch (if you have not signed up for a meal plan)
• Sunscreen/hat
• Water bottle
• Pencil
