Admissions

To be considered for the Online Master of Business Administration + Cyber Emphasis, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution.
• Undergraduate GPA of 3.00 or higher. Applicants with a 2.75-3.00 GPA may be considered for provisional admission. Applicants with a GPA lower than 2.75 may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Two years of significant, full-time management experience.
• No GMAT  or GRE required.

Many factors are considered when making an admission decision, and you are encouraged to apply. The Admissions Committee will review your application holistically, considering all admission materials.

The Boise State Online MBA + cyber emphasis offers reasonably priced tuition, ongoing support, financial aid options and degree paths that help ensure you reach your goals quickly and efficiently.

Notice: Boise State and other Idaho higher education employees: fee waivers do not apply to this program.

Scholarships

All scholarships offer the same discount — 15% off tuition, saving students about $5,500. The 15% discount is applied incrementally to each course a student enrolls in; it cannot be applied all at once. Discounts and scholarships may not be combined.

Degree Plan

The Online Master of Business Administration curriculum below shows the courses required for the 49-credit program. Students can complete the Online MBA program in as little as 12 months when attending full-time. Seven-week courses allow part-time students to take one class at a time.

The Online MBA curriculum allows students to customize their electives with the general track or focus on a specific industry with a degree emphasis area. With the Online MBA + cyber emphasis, you’ll benefit from cross-disciplinary education from the College of Business and Economics and the College of Engineering.
