The Boise State Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning department has joined forces with the former International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI) Bay Area chapter in Northern California to form a new chapter that operates virtually. It is called the ISPI Bay Area – Boise State Chapter.
Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning students, graduates and faculty are active members of the Association for Talent Development. Their national and local chapter memberships provide various resources such as monthly events, articles, books, and conferences.
