The Boise State Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning department has joined forces with the former International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI) Bay Area chapter in Northern California to form a new chapter that operates virtually. It is called the ISPI Bay Area – Boise State Chapter.
Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning students, graduates and faculty are active members of the Association for Talent Development – Treasure Valley Chapter. The department is the annual sponsor for the chapter’s largest monthly event, the State of the Industry and actively facilitates the chapter’s connect and learn events.
