Blended Solutions, Part 2 – A Systemic Approach

In Part 1 of this webinar, we discussed the science and art in practical terms of conducting performance improvement in organizational settings. In Part 2, we shall discuss a case study one of us continues to engage in her organization. It will not only illustrate the blended solution distinction and effective stakeholder management during the sales cycle and implementation process, it will also describe some of the issues involved in ongoing adoption of what has become a successful culture change initiative.

    John B. Lazar, MA, MCC, NCOCTM is the CEO of John B. Lazar & Associates, Inc. He is a leadership/executive coach and management consultant. He holds a master’s degree in clinical psychology from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Lake Forest College. He has been certified as a Master Coach by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) since 1999. She is a Certified Health Executive, has a Master’s of Science in Biomedical Engineering (U of Calgary), Certification in e-Learning, Adult Learning (U of Calgary), Performance Technology (ISPI, USA),  Return on Investment (ROI Institute, USA) and Executive Leadership Education (U of Calgary, U of Alberta and AHS).
