Task analysis is a representation of exemplary performance. IDs use task analysis to create performance-based training, job aids, and other performance improvement solutions. Working with subject-matter experts (SMEs) can be hard. Working on virtual teams to wrangle SMEs at a distance can be even harder.

During their time with us, Bridget and Angelique will:

  • Describe how they got into the performance improvement business.
  • Share how they conduct virtual task analysis in their work with Anthem, Inc. (an independent licensee of Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance plans).
  • Share their tips about how to work with SMEs in a virtual environment.
  • Answer your questions.
