Managing the OPWL 537 ID Project: Talking Shop with Team CUF

OPWL Webinar

Presented by: Team CUF (Credit Union Fraud)

ID projects typically require OPWL practitioners to create new deliverables at the same time they are revising existing ones—all while planning their next steps. How can instructional designers be three places at once? Members of Team CUF will discuss how they used Trello to manage their projects for the OPWL 537 Instructional Design course.

During their time with us, members of Team CUF will share their experiences completing the ID project. Specifically, they will:

  • Introduce their project
    • Client
    • Strategic business objective
    • The case for training
    • Key features of their training design
  • Describe how Team CUF used Trello for their ID project
  • Describe other tools the team used
  • Describe how their team used these tools to collaborate in ways that helped them complete the ID project
