The Appeals Review Board reviews cases to determine if the citation was issued in accordance with current Boise State University parking policy. Prior to scheduling an Appeals Review Board, Transportation & Parking Services must receive payment for the citation, and this form, within 10 days after the first level appeal is denied. Should the Appeals Review Board approve the appeal, the university will process a refund check. If payment has not been made before this form is received, Transportation & Parking Services is under no responsibility to honor this request.
