- Any vehicle parking in a fire lane will be ticketed, and may be impounded and/or towed at the time of violation at the vehicle owner’s expense.
- Any vehicle parking in a designated accessible space without a valid accessible permit or designated accessible special parking permit will be ticketed, and may be impounded and/or towed at the time of violation.
- Vehicles with six or more unpaid citations that have received Parking Privileges Revoked notices will be impounded. Full payment of all citations on record will be required to release the vehicle.
Towing is done by B & W Wrecker Service, 20 S. Garden Boise, (208) 342-2541. All towing fees must be paid with cash or credit card to the towing company to obtain a release of the vehicle. The University assumes no responsibility in the event of damages resulting from the towing of a vehicle.
