Permits
2025 – 2026 Permit Sales and Renewals
Starting at 10 a.m. on Jul. 1, current Commuter, Reserve, and non-resident Garage permit holders can renew their permits. We’ll email detailed instructions in May and send a reminder before July 1. Make sure your email is up to date in the parking portal so you don’t miss these updates.
Then, at 10 a.m. on Aug. 4, any remaining permits — including all resident permits — will go on sale. We’ll share more details by email in July about how and where to buy your permit. Stay tuned and watch your inbox!

Navigate Campus with Ease
Getting around campus is easy with a variety of transportation options. Ride the Bronco Shuttle, explore bike-friendly routes and amenities, or take advantage of transit partnerships that connect you to the greater Boise area—no car needed.
Campus Shuttles
Hop on the free Bronco Shuttle for a quick, convenient ride around campus and nearby destinations—no parking required. Visit Bronco Shuttle for more information.
Shuttle Routes and Operational Hours:
- Blue and Orange Lines : 7 a.m. – 9 p.m. (Spring/Fall)
- Blue and Orange Lines : 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. (Summer)
- Green Line: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Active Transportation

Stay Updated on Parking Changes
When campus parking is affected by construction, maintenance, snow removal, or events, we share updates through campus advisories and other university communication channels. If you have a Boise State parking permit, the Department of Public Safety will email you directly using the address listed in your parking account.
