Boise State University Parking Permits
Boise State offers a variety of parking permits designed to meet the needs of students, employees, departments, vendors, and visitors. Whether you’re on campus daily, for a semester, or just attending an event, there’s a permit option that fits.

Know before You park
- All vehicles must have a valid Boise State permit or park in designated hourly or visitor areas.
- Your vehicle must have valid license plates and a visible Vehicle Identification Number (VIN).
- Reserve, Commuter, and Garage permits are for day use only. For overnight parking, use a Resident permit or coordinate with your event organizer.
- Parking is enforced 24/7, including weekends and holidays, unless otherwise posted.
- A permit gives you access to a parking zone, but it doesn’t guarantee a space. Parking is first come, first served.
