Transit Center Closure to implement new parking system

Valued Boise State Community Member,

The Boise State University Transit Center will be closed on Monday, March 20, 2023, for the implementation of a new parking software system.  

To prepare for the system upgrade, please follow all parking permit request requirements and submit any parking permit requests now.  Resident Visitor Parking requests should be submitted no later than Thursday, March 16, 2023 at 12pm for any needs occurring between Friday, March 17, 2023, and Tuesday, March 21, 2023.  Parking permit requests and appeals will not be processed between Friday, March 17, 2023, and Monday, March 20th, 2023.

Impact to the university community should be minimal during the closure.  We expect delayed response times to both phone calls and emails while the system upgrade occurs and our team completes the necessary training.  During this time, please continue to adhere to all parking regulations and follow all posted signage.  Normal business operations will resume on March 21st, 2023.
