Late nights, cram sessions and the scramble to finish projects and papers – hello, finals week! Days away from summer break,  it’s easy to get caught up in the madness of finals week. Just don’t forget to breathe, sleep, and take a break or two with these Finals Relief ideas:

1) Snuggle some puppies

Get some puppy love from members of local therapy and service dog programs on the Quad, Monday—Thursday, 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.

2) Use those helpful resources

The library has extended hours, the Writing Center is open for appointments or drop ins, and the Advising and Academic Support Center is always here to help.

3) Recharge with fitness

Replenish your energy with a fitness class at the Rec Center.  Every day of the week you can relax with some yoga, do some cardio in a cycle class, or get strong with a total body strength class. Check out the class schedule, sign up for a class, and bring some friends.

4) Visit the Restoration Station

Get yourself a little pick-me-up at the Restoration Station on the Quad. There are different stations Monday—Thursday, 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Monday: Self-Care Kits

Tuesday: Bagel Bar

Wednesday: Coffee and Coloring

Thursday: Donuts and De-stress Massages

5) Celebrate!

Commencement, the ultimate end-of-finals celebration, is Saturday, May 6 at 10 a.m. on The Blue. If you can’t be there in person, it’ll be live streamed so you can celebrate virtually. Round of applause for all our Broncos getting those diplomas. You did it!

1/2) Get ready for summer

Make the most of your summer with all the opportunities Boise has to offer. Take advantage of all the things to explore in Boise this summer. Check out some free and cheap things to do this summer!
