It’s stressful being a student. We get it. You’ve got a lot on your shoulders: goals to meet, exams to take, papers to write, bills to pay, and expectations piled on top of it all.

Here’s just a few of the ways we can help you get through it.

Health and Counseling Services

Health Services provides wellness services, counseling services, a full range of primary care, massage services and health coaching. Counseling Services helps you tap into your strengths, build your coping skills, and find ways to deal with concerns that impact your life and goals.

Rec Center

Exercise can be an especially powerful tool in reducing stress and anxiety, and managing mental health. The Rec Center has fitness classes, outdoor trips, a pool, a basketball court, and of course a ton of weights and machines to work out on.

Full-time students already have a membership.

Student Support

The Dean of Students office has a handful of programs to help you through especially difficult situations. From food assistance to legal advice, they are a great resource for you in times of need.
