You’re living on a student (aka slim) budget. If something unexpected – and expensive – happens, it could be devastating to your financial and educational goals. We don’t want these bumps in the road to keep you from earning your degree. Here are some resources that could help if you find yourself in a financial emergency.
Student Emergency Fund
Emergencies happen. When they do, we don’t want them to derail your education. The Student Emergency Fund – a one-time grant available to qualifying students – can help cover unanticipated costs that might otherwise keep you from reaching your educational goals.

If you are experiencing a financial hardship related to coming out as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, asexual, or + during your time at Boise State, the Steven Nelson Memorial Fund can help.
Impact Scholars Program
If you’ve experienced foster care or homelessness, this program can connect you to campus and community resources, scholarships, mentors and opportunities to help you reach your goals.
