The program notes are a rich-text field that displays below the program requirements. Program notes separate text from courses and make requirements easier to read. They are curriculum-based.
When you submit a program change or proposal a new program, you will be asked to describe the impact on Idaho Community College transfer students.
This year when you make changes to an existing course or program, you need to indicate what you are changing by selecting the corresponding checkbox found at the top of the page. Once selected, the field will appear for you to edit. Selecting the correct checkboxes expedites workflow and ensures that your proposal goes through the curriculum process efficiently.
The comment function allows you to have a conversation with multiple people directly on a proposal, as well as grant edit access for collaborators to update their work. For more information see the Comments and Edit Access page.
