Ways to Collaborate

On Campus Recruiting

We love bringing business-focused companies onto campus* for recruiting and networking events. These events range from interviews and career fairs, to information sessions and panel discussions.

We also work with employers to co-host workshops on career topics, as well as participate in mentor programs. Reach out to Laura Chiuppi for participation details.

Before you visit campus, be sure to review the Boise State Employer User Policy.

*For Fall 2020, all on-campus recruiting will be facilitated remotely. We will support your company in re-imagining in-person recruiting events.

Internship and Job Postings

Internships and jobs offer invaluable learning experiences that are mutually beneficial to students and employers.

If your company is considering hiring or a COBE student, we can assist you with promoting and recruiting specific opportunities.

Before you post a job or internship, be sure to review the Boise State Employer Internship Information.

Career Treks

On a Career Trek, we bring the students to you. Career Treks provide a unique chance to show students a day-in-the-life at your company. Students can learn what you look for in candidates by visiting your workplace.

We customize group sizes and trek styles to fit your company’s needs. Trek activities might include facility tour, panel of professionals, operation demonstrations, product sampling, networking with alumni, presentations on hiring processes, refreshments, etc.

We recommend contacting us at least 2 months prior to the trek date to plan and establish expectations. Reach out to Laura Chiuppi for more details.

*Career Treks are temporarily suspended for Fall 2020.
