I earned my Ph.D. in Instructional Design from Idaho State University. My background includes graduate degrees in Secondary Education and English. Before joining the Center for Teaching and Learning at Boise State University, I worked as an Instructional Designer at Brenau University, GA. Professionally, I am interested in faculty learning communities, scholarship of teaching and learning, student success, course design, and the integration of technology in learning and teaching. On a personal note, I am a certified holistic health coach, and am interested in minimalism, healthy organic living, recycling, environmental conservation, and pilates.

I have over 8 years of experience consulting with faculty. My areas of expertise include:
