Event Facilities and Operations

Services Overview

Facilities, Operations, and Maintenance (FOM) can help make sure that your event looks and runs smoothly. They will make sure doors are unlocked, sprinklers are turned off, and the grounds look great prior to your event. When planning, consider whether you will need extra trash cans, if the heat or air conditioning will need to be adjusted, and if you will need extra post-event assistance. FOM can assist you with these things and more.

Request Process

Fill out the form below to make a request for assistance. It is best to send one detailed request for your event. Remember to include event details like date, time, location, and when you would like services completed.

Service Rates

Custodial: $42.00 per hour per staff during operational hours

      • Party clean up indoors
      • Trash & recycling

Landscaping: $42.00 per hour per staff during operational hours

      • Turning off irrigation
      • Clean up outdoors
      • Landscape repairs due to damage

Maintenance: $48.00 per hour per staff during operational hours

      • Flags and banners
      • Setting up crowd control barriers

Electrical: $65.00 per hour per staff during operational hours

      • Running electricity lines to remote locations

Moving: $50.00 per hour per staff during operational hours

      • Moving and delivery of furniture
      • Delivery and/or set up (event equipment and furniture)

Timeline

A Facilities and Operations Request Form must be submitted a minimum of ten (10) business days before the event date.  Please submit all requests for support two weeks in advance of your event and understand that these requests could incur a charge.  FOM may not be able to assist with your event without adequate notice.
