Submit Your Summer Conference Inquiry Form

Whether you’re planning to host researchers/or interns on campus next summer, or planning a conference, or a special event, this is your chance to tell us all about your event dates and housing requests. We are ready to help you start planning your housing details.

2024 Summer Housing runs from May 20 to August 1.

Ready to get started? Here’s what you need to do:

  1. Access the Form: Click on the link below to open the Conference Inquiry Form. To get started you will need to register if you are a new user. If you registered last year please log in with the credentials you used last year (if you don’t remember your login information click on “forgotten password”)
  2. Provide Details: Fill in the necessary information, including the number of attendees, preferred dates, required facilities, and any special requests you may have.
  3. Submit: Double-check your entries to ensure accuracy, then hit the submit button to send us your inquiry. If your event details change don’t worry, you can always log back in and update your event requests. Have multiple groups you’d like to bring on campus? You can submit multiple inquiry forms by clicking on “event inquiry” on the top blue toolbar and then selecting “new inquiry”.
