Health Coaching

As a complement to other health services, health coaching is a personalized approach to behavior change. Through a client-centered goal setting, individuals are empowered to improve their health and wellness. Our health coaches will guide, motivate, and provide resources while helping clients set goals that fit their interests and lifestyle.

Health coaching is available for:

  • nutrition
  • sleep
  • stress
  • time management
  • physical activity
  • weight management

Health coaches will not address clinical topics such as eating disorders, depression, anxiety, etc.

What to Expect

Individuals will meet with a designated health coach for an initial intake and goal setting session. Additional sessions are scheduled to explore progress and re-establish goals, at the discretion of the health coach. Appointments are typically 30 minutes.
