Department Analytics Report

The Department Analytics Report (DAR) is now an Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) dashboard in Boise State Reporting. This dashboard replaces the physical reports previously distributed to departments each fall and spring and will be updated regularly as new data is available, reflecting new snapshots of data from the Boise State data warehouse and incorporating data outside the data warehouse.

The DAR represents analyses that include transformed / analyzed data (i.e., data that goes beyond verbatim reports from primary data systems). These data are intended for program review, planning, and continuous improvement efforts and may inform decision-making by leadership (e.g., department chairs, deans, provost).

The DAR is available to the Provost, Vice/Assistant Provosts, Deans and Associate/Assistant Deans, and Chairs/Heads/Directors of academic departments or equivalent units. If you think you should have access to this report and do not, please contact ie@boisestate.edu.

Below is the current version of the DAR Descriptions and Definitions of Metrics Distributed to Colleges and Departments. DAR definitions and descriptions can be found in the DAR.
