How to Order a Smartsheet License
Licenses are $570 (effective July 1, 2023) per year per individual, and include the premium Data Uploader and Dynamic View applications, as well as custom training sessions provided by the vendor.
To order a new license, or upgrade a current plan to the Boise State enterprise plan, submit a request through Help Desk Self Service:

Smartsheet Row Limits
Smartsheet has a limit of 5000 rows per sheet. For more information please see Smartsheet Control Center: Sheet and Folder Limitations and Guidelines.
